But now I'm back, with a new game project in the works and as a side effect FSMR is coming back and this time it's here to stay. The project saw many leaps in terms of the graphics but sadly we could not keep an engine or programmer on the team consistently, and after about 4-5 years of work FSMR slowly died off. The ending graphics have also been changed. The Samus sprite has been given a complete overhaul, as well as the enemies (like Metroids and Mother Brain) and level tiles. FSMR was started 8 years ago, almost around the same time AM2R began. Metroid Omega is basically a graphical update to the original Metroid which gives the game a more similar style to that of Super Metroid.
